RG Series Linear Guides


Slideway Features
RG series linear slideways use roller-type rolling elements instead of steel balls, and are designed to achieve ultra-high rigidity and ultra-heavy load capacity. Through the linear contact between the rolling element, the slideway and the slider, the rolling element only forms a slight elastic deformation when subjected to high loads. Moreover, through the design of a 45-degree contact angle, the overall linear slideway achieves the characteristics of high rigidity and high load capacity in four directions. Through the realization of ultra-high rigidity, the processing accuracy can be greatly improved to achieve high-precision requirements; due to the characteristics of ultra-heavy loads, the service life of the linear guide is extended. Very suitable for high-speed automated industrial machinery and equipment with high rigidity requirements.

Optimized Design
The return module of the RG series linear guides has been patented in various countries, ensuring that the roller type rolling elements can roll smoothly in an infinite cycle. The advanced finite element method is used to perform structural stress analysis to find the optimal design of the slider and rail structure.

Ultra-high rigidity in all four directions
RG series linear guides use roller-type rolling elements instead of balls. By using the linear contact between rollers, guide rails and sliders, rollers only form a small amount of elastic deformation when subjected to high loads. This can not only greatly improve the rigidity of linear guides, but also maintain high-precision processing. Super heavy load capacity in all four directions
RG series linear guide rails adopt DB (45o-45o) combination, which can withstand loads in up and down and left and right directions, giving the linear guide rails super high load capacity.
Under the same workload requirements, RG linear guides can have a smaller volume than ball-type linear guides and can evenly withstand high loads.

Extended life 
The basic dynamic load rating of the RG series linear guides is based on the ISO standard (ISO14728-1), which is calculated based on a rated life of 100 kilometers.
The life of a linear guide rail will vary depending on the actual workload it bears. The life of a roller type linear guide rail can be calculated based on the basic dynamic rated load and workload of the selected linear guide rail.
