High-speed design
The partition design of the ball coupling eliminates the mutual friction between the balls, and HIWIN's patented design makes the contact between the balls and the ball coupling annular, which can reduce the contact area between the two and effectively reduce the friction resistance, making the Q1 Type series have excellent high-speed performance.
Ultra-high rigidity in all four directions
RG series linear guides use roller-type rolling elements instead of balls. By using the linear contact between rollers, guide rails and sliders, rollers only form a small amount of elastic deformation when subjected to high loads. This can not only greatly improve the rigidity of linear guides, but also maintain high-precision processing. The right picture shows the rigidity performance of balls and rollers of equal volume.
1. Improve the smoothness of movement
When the traditional linear slide without synchronous coupling starts to run, the rolling body will cause a chain of back and forth collisions due to pushing, causing the friction resistance to fluctuate violently. The QR series linear guide rails using SynchMotionTM technology have roller synchronous couplings. In addition to effectively preventing the rollers from swaying when entering the load zone, all rollers are evenly spaced and arranged for cyclic motion. There is no back-and-forth collision between rollers. While maintaining a certain inertia of motion, the fluctuation range of friction resistance can be effectively reduced.
2. Low noise design
The roller synchronous coupling can arrange the rollers evenly and evenly, the metal sound between adjacent rollers disappears, the sharp high-frequency sound intensity is effectively reduced, and the total sound intensity is effectively reduced by about 3 decibels in each speed range compared with the old series.
3. High load bearing capacity in four directions
QR series linear guides adopt DB (45°-45°) contact system, which can withstand loads in up and down and left and right directions, giving the linear guides ultra-high load capacity. Under the same workload requirements, QR linear guides can have a smaller volume than ball-type linear guides and can evenly withstand high loads.
