Oil-bearing series

Characteristics of Oil-Containing (Self-Lubricating) Bearings

Self-lubricating bearing, also known as oil-containing bearing, porous bearing (Porous Bearing).

The self-lubricating bushing has good wear resistance and can reduce the number of oil supply or the amount of oil supply. It has the technical advantage that the number, size, shape and distribution of pores can be adjusted more freely during the manufacturing process.

Eliminates maintenance needs, low cost, vibration absorption, low noise, suitable for working environments where oil pollution is not allowed. Most self-lubricating bearings have interconnecting bores. These voids account for 10% to 35% of the total volume.

Lubricating oil is stored in these voids and delivered to the bearing surface through the interconnecting pores. The oil squeezed out of the bearing load zone is reabsorbed by capillary action, so the bearing can run for a long time without additional lubricant, which is suitable for workpiece parts that are difficult to relubricate.

Engineering plastic bearings

DAIDYNE DDK05
This completely maintenance-free bearing material consists of a porous copper-tin alloy sintered onto a steel backing and a bushing made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) mixed with a special filler.

DAIDYNE DDL05

This is an environmentally friendly lead-free self-lubricating metal polymer bearing that does not require additional lubricant. It combines the low friction characteristics of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) bearing surface with the superior strength and dimensional stability of a metal backing. Bearings with a diameter of less than 10 mm can be produced with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm. This enables more compact and lightweight designs for solenoid valves and other applications.

DAIDYNE DDK35

This completely maintenance-free bearing material consists of a porous copper-tin alloy sintered onto a phosphor bronze backing and a bushing made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) mixed with a special filler. This bushing not only has excellent tribological properties that maximize the high strength, dimensional stability and other properties of metals, but is also water-resistant, making it ideal for underwater applications.

DAIDYNE DDK55

This product uses environmentally friendly lead-free materials. A copper-tin alloy is sintered onto a steel backing, while the bearing surface is a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and special fillers. It combines the low friction characteristics of a bearing surface with the superior strength and dimensional stability of a steel backing. Even with high-precision machining of the bearing inner diameter, sufficient resin depth is maintained to achieve low friction.

DAIBEST DBB01

This lead-free, environmentally friendly bearing is completely maintenance-free thanks to its porous copper-tin alloy sintered on a steel backing and a bushing made of polyoxymethylene (POM), lipophilic fibers, special fillers and lubricants. This bushing has excellent tribological properties and maximizes the metal's high strength, dimensional stability and other properties.

DAIBEST DBS02

This lead-free, environmentally friendly bearing is completely maintenance-free and is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), lipophilic fibers, special fillers and lubricants. Such materials are not only suitable for injection molding of complex shapes, but also have excellent tribological properties.
