Ball Screw Series

Ball Screw is one of the most important transmission components in modern precision machinery.

Compared to traditional lead screws, ball screws have advantages such as higher movement smoothness, displacement accuracy, and moving speed.

The operating characteristics of ball screws are different from those of traditional screws in that the contact surface between the nut and the screw is different. Traditional screws have large-area, direct contact between the threads, and the friction between the parts is large, so the entire mechanism requires a larger starting torque to start;

Ball screws have a rotating part called a ball added between two parts. The ball can greatly reduce the contact area between the screw and the nut.

Therefore, the friction is small, the starting torque required is also small, the entire transmission mechanism can operate more smoothly, and the accuracy of movement and positioning is relatively much higher, which is quite suitable for use as a transmission part of precision machinery.

Features of PMI Casting Grade Ball Screws

1 Low Price

Because screws and nuts are standardized and mass-produced, their prices are much cheaper than precision grade ones.

2 Short delivery time

The delivery time is more than twice as fast as that of precision ball screws.

Our company has stock and delivery time is fast.

3 Complete specifications

We have an ultra-high lead series for high-speed applications, which can definitely meet the needs of customers

4 Lead accuracy

PMI's rolling grade screws are made with machinery imported from Germany. The roundness, straightness and other precision can be controlled within 0.01mm. Combined with mature technology, the precision of PMI's rolling grade ball screws can reach C5 level. (If customers need C5 level, please contact us)
